PLAYERS: If your club designates team managers to submit uniform orders at the beginning of the club soccer season, you will place your order with your team manager. In this case, coaches/managers will set up a time and place for your team to be outfitted. Samples will be provided for sizing purposes at this time. For your team’s bulk order, your coach/manager will discuss how payments & orders should be submitted, as rules for bulk team orders vary from club to club.
If your club has allowed individuals to place their initial order online, you will be responsible for submitting your order in a timely manner. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
All players may order replacement or fan gear individually throughout the year online.

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PLACED AN ORDER THROUGH YOUR COACH, DO NOT PLACE THE SAME ORDER ONLINE. THIS WILL RESULT IN A DUPLICATE ORDER AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED TWICE.
COACHES: If your club uses .pdf forms for team bulk orders, you may download your team’s order form here, or contact soccer.city@frontier.com to have a form emailed directly to you.
Submitting Team Orders (Coaches)
Once you have filled out your form, please SAVE A COPY to your computer or you may lose your work! Email your completed form to SoccerSavesInfo@frontier.com. Do not drop your form off at a Soccer City location.

Club items printed or embroidered with logos, numbers, and/or names are NOT refundable, returnable or exchangeable due the customized nature of the product. If you have questions about sizes or printing, you must contact us prior to submitting your team order form.

Notes on Printing
Note that club items, especially uniforms, are printed according to standards previously discussed with your club’s directors. Soccer City will not make changes to uniform guidelines.
