PLAYERS: At the beginning of the club soccer season, coaches will submit a bulk order for their team. Coaches will set up a time and place for your team to be outfitted. Samples will be provided for sizing purposes at this time. For your team’s bulk order, your coach will discuss how payments & orders should be submitted, as rules for bulk team orders vary from club to club.
If you need to order additional gear individually later on in the year or want to order optional club items not listed on your form, you may do so through the Soccer City website. Please view the Ordering Info page to learn more.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PLACED AN ORDER THROUGH YOUR COACH, DO NOT PLACE THE SAME ORDER ONLINE. THIS WILL RESULT IN A DUPLICATE ORDER AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED TWICE.
COACHES: You must submit your team’s bulk order using the form provided by Soccer City. You may download your team’s order form here, or contact firstname.lastname@example.org to have a form emailed directly to you. Do not submit a bulk team order through the website!
Once you have filled out your form, please SAVE A COPY to your computer or you may lose your work! Attach your completed form to an email and send it to SoccerSavesInfo@frontier.com. RANGERS: Email your form to Advantage.Sports@frontier.com. Be sure to include any special instructions in the email.
Please get ahold of your club contact at Soccer City if you are having difficulty filling out the form.
Some clubs have made prior arrangements for team order form drop offs at Soccer City locations. Unless you are certain your club has made this arrangement, please submit your form via email.
Club items printed or embroidered with logos, numbers, and/or names are NOT refundable, returnable or exchangeable due the customized nature of the product. If you have questions about sizes or printing, please contact us prior to submitting your team order form.
Please review “Turn-Around Time” on the Ordering Info page for information on when to expect to receive your order.
Note that club items, especially uniforms, are printed according to standards previously discussed with your club’s directors. Soccer City will not make changes to uniform printing without written consent from your club director. If you are unsure if you need permission, please contact us or your club’s director.
We can usually accommodate requests for changes in placement of optional numbers and names on team’s "Extra" items only. You may specify these change requests in the "Comments" box during check-out,
