Due to the impact of Covid-19 on garment supply chains we will be unable to meet our standard processing timelines until 2024.  We will process orders as soon as we receive product from our vendors, but please know order production could potentially take up to, or beyond 8 weeks until 2024. 


We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding while we work with multiple factors that are completely out of our control. Soccer club admin are aware of these delays as well.  We will continue to do everything within our power to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible.


Ordering Info (Club Players)


As a club player, the Soccer City site allows you around the clock access to your customized club product and discounts.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed it cannot be refunded, changed or cancelled. If you are unsure about your size, player number, or other information, please contact your coach or manager, or contact Lynden Soccer City during business hours.

Online Coupon Policy

If you forget to enter your discount code at check-out, you may contact Soccercity.lynden@frontier.com within 30 days of placing your order to receive online store credit. We do not issue refunds for missed coupon codes.

Customization & Sizing

Club items printed or embroidered with logos, numbers, and/or names are NOT refundable, returnable or exchangeable due the customized nature of the product.

If you have questions about sizing please call us or stop by a Soccer City location prior to placing your order. Your club may also have samples available. Please contact your coach or team manager to find out.

You may enter names and/or numbers to personalize your gear where allowed. Some items include personalization in the price, while others do not. Soccer City will not be held responsible for personalization submitted incorrectly, including misspellings or incorrect player numbers. We will try to accommodate special requests on non-required items for name & number placement, but you must specify this during checkout.

If you or your team are interested in placing an order with special customization, such as color changes, addition of sponsors, or anything beyond normal club standards please contact us!

Required vs. Optional Items

You are responsible for knowing which club items are required and optional for your specific club. Although we have listed items as Required or Optional under your team's tab, Soccer City will not be held responsible for the accuracy of these links, as requirements may change without our knowledge. Please check with your coach or team manager for team requirements!

Turn-Around Time

All customized items are made-to-order. 

Normal printing time for custom printed club apparel is 3-5 weeks after receiving your order. Business days are Monday through Friday. All turn-around times are subject to holiday hours, which may increase production time.

During the months of May - September club orders may take 8 weeks due to a large influx of bulk club orders.

The 8 week production time-line is contingent on the timeliness of the brands delivery into to our warehouse.  Orders placed before June will be processed as soon as the Youth Clubs brand's shipment arrives, potentially adding extra production time to your order. Most of our suppliers bulk orders arrive in the first or second week of June. 

Note that in some cases, it may take longer to receive your order when we must order product directly from the manufacturer. Most required club items are kept in stock, depending on prior arrangements made with your board members. However, due to unexpected circumstances or back ordered products, longer production times can be unavoidable. In extreme cases, a Soccer City employee will contact you & present an alternative option.


Product Status Inquiries


New product Status Inquiries – updated for 2023 Season

All Soccer Saves orders are updated online as they are fulfilled by our production team and will send updates to the email associated with the order. We will not be able to offer any additional status requests outside of the website updates, due to the large number of orders processed during the months of May – September, until fall season starts. If you are missing part of your order that is not marked as a partial, or have a damaged or incorrect item, please see our damaged, defective, or missing items section.

Call back and email responses during busy season:

During our busy season (May- September) we experience higher levels of phone calls and emails from customers. We try to respond as quickly as possible, but responses can sometimes take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience during this time.




Returns/Exchange Policy


Customized items 

Items that have been printed with custom emblems or personalized with names and/or numbers are NOT returnable, refundable or exchangeable. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled, customizations and sizes cannot be changed.

Items that have not been customized 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You may return or exchange most new, unopened, unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are subject to approval by Soccer City staff once they arrive in-house.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Returning items for Damages/Exchanges

Damaged items, or non-customized items that need to be exchanged, that have been approved for return by our Lynden Soccer City staff, must be returned within 30 days from the date of approval, to be honored for replacement, repair, or exchange. Items that are not returned within these 30 days, will no longer be accepted for exchange, and damages will no longer be the responsibility of Soccer City to repair or replace.


Returning damages or exchanges by Mail:

Return labels are sent within 24 business hours of an approved return and are sent to the email associated with your order. If you did not receive a return label within 24 business hours of the approval, it is the customers responsibility to notify our staff by email or phone while the return is valid.


Items that have been damaged or lost in shipping:

Damaged or lost items during shipping falls under the responsibility of the shipping carriers, and a claim must be filed through the carriers.


Damaged, defective or missing items

If any item is damaged or defective upon arrival, we can begin a return claim immediately. In order to process a claim, notify Soccer City/ Advantage Sports within 14 days of receiving the order. 

Any item that is defective after gentle use is at the discretion of our management. 


Shadow Numbers (Two-layered vinyl transfers)

Shadow numbers are custom, double layered pre-cut vinyl transfers that are special ordered according to club. Due to the nature of the layered vinyl, minor inconsistencies with the texture and shape can occur and are not preventable. These minor Imperfections are out of Soccer City’s control and will not be considered a damaged or defective item.


Color variances between customized printing types:

Screen printing, vinyl and embroidery thread are all individual printing styles and therefore have their own variants of color. Even though we will match coloring as close as possible within these different customizations, there will be a slight variant in shade/coloring due to the type of print. These slight variances will always occur between different print techniques and cannot be matched 100%.


Partial shipments and missing items

During soccer season, we will ship orders partially only if we are experiencing extended back ordered product, and to accommodate known soccer tournament dates. In these cases, your partial order will include a packing slip that will note the missing items from your order. 

Any items missing from your order that have not been marked as missing must be claimed within 14 days of receipt.

Purchases made using a Soccer City gift card will be refunded onto a Soccer City gift card or issued an online store credit.

We do not offer next day shipping. We do not offer expedited shipping on ANY orders.

Custom printed items ship during our Business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

Orders will be shipped when ALL items are complete, unless the order qualifies for partial shipment during soccer season. 

Items are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS, within the United States.

 Any discrepancies with shipped orders, such as missing items, or defective items, must be claimed within 14 days from the date the shipment was delivered.

Local Pick Up

If you are ordering team spirit wear and have received alternate directions on a flier, please consult your coach or contact person for pick up information.

Customers in Washington state may choose to pick up at one of our Soccer City locations. You will still be asked to enter a shipping address at check out. There is no charge for in store pick up. We have two locations in western Washington:

When your order has been completed and arrived at your desired pick-up location you will receive a phone call from a Soccer City employee.


Local Pick-Up Policy

 After an order is complete and ready for pick up, our Lynden and Bellingham staff will make 3 attempts to contact the customer regarding pick up. Customers have 60 days after the 3rd contact attempt to pick up their order from our Lynden or Bellingham locations. After 60 days, orders still remaining at our locations will be moved to make room for newer pickups, and Soccer City/ Advantage sports will no longer be liable for the availability of your order.
